What is FaithSuite, exactly?
FaithSuite is a private, all-in-one platform for your church community. It replaces the Facebook group, the giving platform, the events app, the prayer chain, the volunteer spreadsheet, and usually four other tools — under your own brand, at yourchurch.linkedbyfaith.org (or your own custom domain on Growth).
Is this for my size church?
Yes. FaithSuite is built for church plants under 25 members, revitalizing churches around 80–150, and established congregations up to 10,000. The Community plan fits up to 100 people. The Growth plan is unlimited.
Do I need a developer or IT team?
No. The setup wizard walks you through naming, branding, and launching in under 10 minutes. If you can set up a Gmail account, you can set up FaithSuite.
How much does it cost?
Community: $49/mo for up to 100 members, all six pillars included, 0% platform fee on giving.
Growth: $149/mo for unlimited members, 0% platform fee on giving, custom domain, priority support.
Both plans come with a 60-day free trial, no credit card required to start.
Is there a free tier?
No, but we offer a full 60-day free trial of either plan, with no credit card required. If FaithSuite isn’t the right fit after 60 days, you walk away with a complete export of your data.
What does “0% platform fee” mean?
We charge no platform fee on giving — on any plan, at any tier. Ever. You still pay the payment processor (Stripe) their standard cost (roughly 2.2% + 30¢ for cards, ~0.8% for ACH). We do not add anything on top.
Are there per-user fees or upsells?
No per-user fees. No pay-to-unlock modules. The 6 pillars (Community, Prayer, Giving, Discipleship, Live Stream, Events & Ops) are included in both plans.
Can I migrate from Planning Center, Tithe.ly, Breeze, or Subsplash?
Yes. We support CSV import for members, groups, and giving history. For larger migrations (>500 members or multi-campus) we offer a free guided migration on the Growth plan.
What is the subdomain and can I use my own domain?
Every church gets yourchurch.linkedbyfaith.org immediately at launch. On the Growth plan, you can point your own domain (like community.yourchurch.org) and we handle the SSL certificate.
How fast can I actually go live?
Most churches are live and sending their first invitation in under 10 minutes. Guided setup is available if you want us to walk through it with you — see the Get Started page.
Who owns our data?
You do. Always. You can export every member, every gift record, every message, every prayer, every sermon view — in full CSV — at any time. If you leave, your data leaves with you.
Is the community really private?
Yes. Only people you invite can see or join. Your posts are not indexed by search engines. We never sell, rent, or license your data. There are no ads — from us or anyone else.
I lead a church planting network. Can we partner with FaithSuite?
Yes. We have three partnership tracks: sponsored platform (you pay, your planters launch free), referred platform (they pay, you earn 15% recurring rev share), and white-label network hub (for 25+ plant networks). See the For Networks page.
Do you pay for referrals?
Yes. The Refer & Earn program pays 15% recurring rev share to networks, ministry creators, and affiliate marketers who bring other churches onto FaithSuite. Pastor-to-pastor referrals earn 2 free months per referred church. Transparent terms, monthly payouts.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email and chat support on Community. Priority support with under-4-hour response, 7 days a week, on Growth. Growth also includes a dedicated onboarding call. We’re a small team and every reply is from a real human.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your church stays live to the end of the billing cycle. Full data export is available before and after cancellation.
Is FaithSuite theologically neutral?
FaithSuite is built to serve churches across denominations — from historic liturgical traditions to non-denominational plants. The platform stays out of theology. We equip the tools; you run the church.
